SAP HCM Functional consultant, Time & PY

• 18+ years of IT Experience which is including 15 years as an SAP HCM Techno Functional Consultant. • Four full life cycle implementations, multiple roll outs and five support projects. • Implementation experience of Australia, New Zealand & Philippines Payroll. • Enabling SAP Global Employment to manage employee country movements. • Rolling out SAP HCM solution for 15 countries as part of the global template. • SAP Carve-out implementation with Data Migration approach. • SAP EC Payroll (SuccessFactors) implementation. • SAP Payroll system integration with Workday. • SAP HR Techno-Functional Consultant by implementing Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), Salary Packaging, Employee Compensation Management, HR Authorizations and ESS/MSS functional configuration. • Certified in SAP Success Factors Employee Central and Performance Management modules. • Extensive experience with defining project scope, analysis, development, customizations and implementation of SAP HR applications. • Worked at client site in Melbourne for two years to implement SAP HR Time & Payroll and travelled multiple times to client site for solutioning and to manage medium to high volume projects. • Well experienced in working with Schema/PCR for both Time & Payroll requirements. Configured various Employee agreements in both time and payroll. • Worked extensively by configuring several time payments like Overtime, On-call, Rest Relief and Shift payments as per employee agreements. • Responsible for client interfacing, mapping of requirements to SAP solutions, handling production support issues, Daily/Weekly status reporting, issue resolution and all communications with business. • In-depth understanding and use of ASAP approach for SAP implementation projects. • Strong exposure in preparation of project scoping, business blueprint, GAP Analysis, SAP configuration design document, Scenario Mapping, Testing, Go-live readiness activities and functional support to ESS/MSS users and Career Centre. • Various third-party interface developments and managing 100+ outbound and 40+ inbound interfaces. • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivated, quick learner, team player and ability to communicate with all management levels.
