1. SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) - have a good understanding of SAP MDG and its various modules, including MDG for customer, vendor, material, and financial data. 

2. Well-versed in data governance principles and practices, including data stewardship, data quality management, and data security. 

3. Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of MDM initiatives. 

4. Have experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of MDM projects. Having said this currently i am working for an European client and serving them as a MDM team lead personnel.
