• Authorization Concept implementation in ECC, BW, PI, APO ? Basis + CHARM: ? Change & Release Manager: • Single point of contact for customer for all Change requests where CR inflow is 15 -20 CRs per month and team size is 25-30 • Co-ordinate with all team members, for all changes on Weekly release and Monthly release • Timely update senior management and customer counterpart for status of each CR • Accountable for on time delivery for agreed CRs. • Check with technical team and functional team and prepare release plan, mention all the relevant details like if client opening is required/ Firefighter ID is required etc. • Making sure that all Technical, Functional and Quality related documents are created and uploaded in relevant folder.
