I am currently looking for someone who can develop an application for me. It will basically be a scorecard. The application will consist of a front end and a back end The front end will be an online application form where data will be kept and the back end will use the data collected to populate the score I have already designed the scorecard through a complex excel. The excel has all the formula logic. I will need the front end to communicate to an API at the back end + build REST API for this
