My background in graphic and web design and development is extensive. I have previously been employed at NewspaperARCHIVE.com, located in Cedar Rapids, as a web designer. My duties included upkeep and maintenance on the pre-existing site, as well as design and marketing strategy for upcoming sister sites, promotions, and website traffic conversions. Not only did I design for the web, but I also created brochures for the sales division for print and email. I am familiar with reporting on website traffic, pay-per-click advertising, email marketing, and overall web-related revenue. In addition to my experience as a web designer, I have also previously been employed by an engineering firm located in Indianapolis, IN; holding a graphic design position involving mostly industrial 2-D illustration and photo editing. During my time there, I worked side-by-side with engineers, planning training manual materials and other training media. It was a frequent occurrence for me to accompany
