I have been working as a Ruby on Rails developer from more than 3 years now. I have expertise in Ruby on Rails development including Javascript and css. I have used a wide range of javascript frameworks and very good at using Ajax at the most adequate places in the application to make it more user friendly. I like to use git and github for hosting projects and when it comes to deployment heroku works great and i have been using it in last couple of projects. I have used numerous number of gems and plugins and modified them according to the requirements also. Testing frameworks like cucumber, rspec are my favorite but i believe an application needs to have a complete set of tests including unit tests and functional tests. I follow the TDD practices in my development which increases the reliability and maintainability of the application. I have lot of experience and practice in developing a very stable and good application very quickly.
