• Coordinate with respective provincial/field offices regarding HR matters, • Maintain recruitment documents (Shortlisted CVs, Evaluation forms, Advertisement, Interview grid), • Assist in preparation of TORs, Job Offer letters and staff employment contracts, • Assist in recruitment process, • Review staff documents, • Assist preparation of employee salary slips with accurate leave balance and verified from Administrator, • Assist in preparation and upgrade the HR data base, • Assist in ensuring timely payments of lease agreements of all JUH-Offices with coordination of field Finance/Admin focal person, • Managing the Director’s correspondence and programme including accurate diary maintenance. • Flexibly arrange internal and external meetings and appointments, ensuring that all necessary logistics for Director’s travel are met. • Accurate note-taking in Director’s meetings as required. • Effective administration of email, phone queries in a timely and efficient manner • Arrange daily transport to staffs, visiting VIP’s and provide assistance on their arrival/departure and other travels.
