As a Secretary I do Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments. Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms. Accuracy and good attention to details. As a Clerk; filing, data processing, faxing, envelope stuffing and mailing, message delivery, running errands, sorting incoming mail. As a Document Controller manage and oversee documents for a particular project. Ensure that proper documents are created and signed, that all data is accurate and that documents are stored and backed up and any retention policies are followed.
