• Distribute or assign task to other modeller. • Join for site walk for site query • Preparing architectural shop drawing such as General Finishes layout, Reflected ceiling plan, Kitchen and Toilet’s tile setting out for consultant’s approval. • Modeling of architectural plans and drainage using Revit software. • Attend BIM meeting for coordination of each discipline. • Prepare blow-up drawing for consultant’s presentation. • Visit construction sites to collect measurement and dimensions as needed. • Edit the consultant’s comments in the submitted drawing. • Preparing detailed drawing which will use on site. • Preparing submittal forms for material and shop drawing submissions. • Responsible for updating of our files and drawing lists for the monthly ISO Internal Audit • Preparing the material and shop drawing master list. • Preparing the Request for information (RFI) and Confirmation with Verbal information (CVI) and emailed to the consultant. • Preparing As-Built drawings.
