I have 9 years of experience with VMware and Linux. I am an ex employee of VMware (worked 5 years) and SuSE (worked for 4 yrs). I see this kind of situation in day today basis as I am a Senior consultant with well known firm (which is one of the top fortune 50). I Believe, I can handle this issue with care and complete on time as I understand from my 11 yrs of work experience as customer's data is one of the important demand and no one want to loose those.
