Experienced creative digital project manager available for short-term projects. I manage time, budget, resources, change and expectation. I have seven years experience working agency-side, managing small BTL campaigns to large complex technical builds. While I am digital leaning, I work across cross-channel creative projects, including eComm build, merchandising and maintenance, stills and film photography, content strategy and development, and BTL print collateral. Previous roles include running the digital department in one of Australia's largest and most successful advertising agencies, GPY&R, and managing the creative studio of multi-national Unilever-owned retail brands T2 Tea. I generally take projects from initial strategy and planning to requirements gathering, to functional and technical specification and through to execution and post mortem. I can work lean, agile and waterfall where necessary, and Kanban/Gantt most of my professional life.
