• 6.5years of full time experience in the design, development of Automotive Plastics pertaining to exteriors /interiors and Seating systems. • Total 1+ Years of Onsite German Work Experience in Client location (Stuttgart, Germany). • Design/Development experience in Mercedes AMG Luxury/Sports car bumpers. • Expertise in designing automotive exteriors Plastics parts and sub parts from Class A surface with UG NX as per Daimler standards. • Experience in CARBON covers and spoilers design. • Constructing/Sculpting Technical Class A surfaces from Scan Data. • Experience in cost reduction of existing components and product by communizing parts and managing the weight without any functionality loss. • Strong design/development experience with seating system components(Plastics(30%)/Foams(40%)/sheet metals) • Strong design/development experience with Seats of different types of foam pads for 1st row/2nd row/3rd row. • Expertise in Surface modelling, Solid modelling, assembly and drafting module for UG NX (7.5 and above). • Unigraphics Kinematics/Simulation Trained. • Independent CAD Execution in terms of manufacturability and tooling. DFM and DFA Feasibility study for designed parts. Quality Check and regulation check of all the parts according to global standards.
