During my career, I have mentored junior analysts providing review, proof reading, editing and providing substantive comments on products. I focused review on grammar, readability, compliance with intelligence standards and flow. Personally, I have authored hundreds of intelligence reports for senior policymakers, military officials and colleagues. In addition to my work as an intelligence professional, I also have been a Project Manager and first line supervisor for 6 years on a multi-million dollar defense contract. I mentored, motivated and trained junior analysts and first-line supervisors; while also mitigating risks by identifying, escalating and resolving personnel issues.
