I am working in Machine learning and Data science for several years. In particular, I am focusing on computer vision but still, I keep in touch on wider machine learning or robotic. I have done my PhD in Medical Imaging. In parallel, I gain practical experience while I have been working for a few IT companies as a consultant or data scientist. Actually, I am focusing on exploring interesting world problems and solving them with state-of-the-art techniques. I have published several journal publications as well as papers on international conferences such as ISBI, ICIP, ACCV and MICCAI workshops. I am also a regal reviewer for these conferences and some IEEE journals (see my profile https://publons.com/researcher/1448437). I was the main organiser of ANHIR challenge. I have developed several open-source python packages and actively participating in other well-known projects like `scikit-image`, `auto-sklearn`; writing code, reporting issues and reviewing PRs.
