1. To check daily manpower attendance by verifying their punch of ID cards, attendance reports, etc. and confirm employees’ presence in the software. 2. To prepare accurate manpower attendance report/work sheet by cross checking with reports provided by respective section in-charge. 3. To ensure daily update of ML/CL and other types of leaves in the software by cross checking their leave applications. 4. To monitor the works of employees to prepare performance card for counting on eligibility for incentives/bonuses and convey bad performer slips to concerned employees and maintain its update in the software. 5. To monitor the work of employees within their working areas and prepare performance appraisal cards in terms of KPI (Key Performance Indicators). 6. To orientate newly appointed employees within the department (Executives/officers). 7. To identify poor performing or potential staffs by evaluating their performance through software and propose for upliftment or demotion/posting. 8. To verify/coordinate all recommendations from departments in connection with recruitment, selection, placement, compensation, evaluation, and feedback through the software. 9. To prepare monthly absenteeism report by cross checking with reports of respective HRM officer and checking salary sheet through the software. 10. To ensure the update of data related to attendance, facilities, and standard of performance of employees in night duty roster/schedule. 11. To collect and check overtime duty information from respective HRM officer and ensure its update in the software. 12. To arrange employee counseling regarding work, health & safety, and updated rules & regulations. 13. To collect monthly probation period completion list and confirm their appraisal through the software in time. 14. To assist management to carry out performance evaluation through the software for selecting the best performance in the month. 15.
