I have excellent skills in CadMeasure, PDFXchange, AutoCAD, Ms Word and Ms Excel and a fast learner for new software needed to fulfill the job. I'm currently doing the following trades: 2. Fire Protection Works 3. Plumbing and Sanitary Works 4. Electrical Works I will provide Quantity take-off and detailed BoQ in excel format or any required format & Markup plans for checking base on your standard method of measurements. I've known a lot of standard method of measurement like PSMM, NRM2, POMI, CESMM, and SMM7. I work on projects ranging from small building as renovations/ minor site changes to larger projects such as Commercial Tower Building, Hotel Building, Casino, Hospitals, Large Residential Communities and Office Complex..
