• Responsible for maintaining 10,000 desktops/Chromebooks/laptops/workstations. • Responsible for maintaining 50TB of data. • Setting up DCs, setting up AD, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP and setting up NLB on servers. Maintaining multiple ADCs. • Maintaining and troubleshooting AD and GPOs. PowerShell scripts are written for maintenance. • Implemented password policy for all staff and students at Grasslands Public Schools. • Creating and maintaining Virtual machine. Microsoft Virtual Machine Manager and Hyper-V Manager is used for creating VMs. • Experience with DFS. • Responsible for maintaining Destiny (library Management Server), SQL Server, PowerSchool Server. • Responsible for setting up Data Protection Manager and backing up data on that. Data is also backing up on Azure. • Responsible for setting SCCM, creating/retiring the packages on it, creating the boot image. Maintaining the devices on it. • Responsible for configuring and maintaining switches. Have configured Aruba, HP Switches. Configured VLans, trunks on the switches. • Configuring WAPs (Wireless Access Points) for different schools. Maintaining the WAPs in Ruckus Zone Controller. • Configuring and troubleshooting vega50 and FreePBX. Configuring phone system on FreePBX. Configuring and maintaining Polycom phones. • Fortigate: creating IPv4 policies, applying web filters, establishing the VPN connection, managing traffic thru it. • Experience with NAS and SAN. • Manage the Backups in DPM and Azure. • Provide IT Support to the users over the phone and in person.
