You have experienced Sales People but unfortunately no one on staff who is able to competently install the hardware you want to sell? Then you need thatIT.guru to help your customer. We will work with your Sales and Delivery team to ensure your customer get's the perfect installation. We essentially become part of your team, as we white-glove our expertise to your delivery arm. The process is as follows. Now, for the installation process. You can sell the Dell Installation Services (Recommended, those guys are awesome) or you can sell thatIT.guru installation services at a lower cost for your customer. If you chose this option, then keep reading. If you sell the Dell installation services, great, one if their project managers will be in touch with you. We certainly encourage this, as we've worked with them in the past, and they are worth every penny. That's where we were trained, and we know the process well. What now? •You then get the delivery FOB date of the hardware, and then schedule thatIT.guru for about a week later to ensure all the hardware is on site. •We then arrive at your location and meet the team we will be installing the SAN with, and go through the installation process. Your team then comes with us to the customer and we install the solution as a team, while providing knowledge transfer to your Delivery arm in the process. •Once everything is installed, tested an
