Session Drummer and Music Producer. Colombian drummer who began his formal studies at the Fernando Sor School of Music and Audio under the guidance of teachers such as Nelson Amarillo, Ernesto Fernández, Italo Lamboglia, among others. He has participated in workshops with great drummers like Horacio “El Negro” Hernández, Steve Smith and Joel Rosenblatt. He studied music at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2013-2019) with the emphasis of Bateria Jazz under the guidance of teachers Jorge Sepúlveda and Mauricio Ramírez. He has participated in the albums: Los Makenzy (2016) by Los Makenzy, Funky feeling (2017) by Caravanchela, Portraits of a Shadow Game (2017) by Natalia Rose, Bará (2018) by The Bará Group, and Desperté (2019) by Juan Diego Triviño. In 2018 he was a member of The Bará Group, the winning group of the Teatro Libre contest, and in 2019 in the Voces del Jazz contest in Cartagena as a member of the Adrián Herrera's quintet. Currently he is part of groups: La Funky, Lion on the Loose, Juan Diego Triviño and The Latin Joint among which teachers such as Luis "Lucho" Guevara, Jonathan Krause, Germán Díaz, Gianni Bardaro, Fabio Ortiz, among others.
