The project was done excatly when he said it would be, and he went above and beyond what was asked in the project requirement.     The first person I selected for this project completely failed, both in terms of deliverables and communication. I was then stuck with only 5 hours in which to complete this project, and worked with Erwin. I will never work with another programmer besides Erwin on Guru again.
