● Supervise delivery and manage distribution of all Import goods to various locations efficiently. ● Check quotations, billings, and other related expenses of export/import matter. ● Determines incoterms,transportation mode, service level and documentation requirements for shipments. ● Monitors import/ order and coordinate closely with parties and concerned throughout the process. ● Examine documents such as Invoice, Bill of Lading ,CO and other shipping statements for both import and export. ● Coordination with Buyers through e-mails regarding shipments, purchase order, Export/Import documents, managing activities of shipments, tracking and timely clearance etc. ● Secure enough logistics preparedness through contingency planning & continuous preparedness reviews. ● Prepare monthly Sales and Purchase report. ● Scheduled weekly shipping plan in coordination with MD and Shipping Team. ● Prioritized and responded to unexpected demands dealing with urgent and or emergency situations. ● Proper coordination with trucker, broker and forwarders.
