As software director, architect and integrator, and expert in billing, communication, and customer service systems, I was a linchpin to one of the fastest growing companies in the northeast, helping to increase its hyper growth 23,000%, and simplified monitoring systems to save $100,000s and 100s of hours annually.I’ve served as architect, developer, troubleshooter, business owner, director, consultant and mentor, and founded two successful consulting firms. With two technical user groups (named a 2010 INETA Champion), I helped rejuvenate the area's development community.
