Key Contributions:

• Spearheaded the migration of the MIS and biometric backend from UNOPS and Alpha Commercial Bank to government-approved cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Led the development and deployment of new system modules, including Beneficiary Registration, Payroll, AFIS Deduplication, and Economic Opportunities.
• Deployed fingerprint biometric devices and Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) to ensure unique and fraud-proof beneficiary registration.
• Designed key MIS modules including:
  1. Beneficiary Registration Module: Registers new beneficiaries with personal, location, biometric, and alternate member details.
  2. Attendance Tracking Module: Tracks work attendance using biometrics for beneficiaries in work-based programs.
  3. Payroll and Payment Module: Calculates wages based on attendance and facilitates secure payment to beneficiaries.
  4. AFIS (Automated Fingerprint Identification System) Module: Ensures uniqueness by matching fingerprints to detect and prevent duplicate registrations.
  5. Grievance Management Module: Manages beneficiary grievances, including special handling for gender-based violence cases.
  6. Economic Opportunities Module: Tracks program participation, training, business plans, grants, and financial linkages.
  7. Reports and Analytics Module: Generates reports and analytics on wages, attendance, demographics, and program impact.
  8. System Security and Role-Based Access: Secures the system with user roles and Azure AD-based authentication.
  9. API Integration and Data Import Module: Imports and synchronizes biometric and beneficiary data from external systems 
• Oversaw the development of biometric mobile applications and a secure AFIS backend capable of handling up to 300,000 records with real-time deduplication.
• stablished secure system architecture using APIs, VPNs, DMZ with dual reverse proxies, load balancers, and government-hosted servers to ensure data protection and operational efficiency
• Managed integration with financial institutions for payment processing via secure APIs and VPN.
