I have three years experience in social media marketing and public relations. Being a millennial, I was born into, at the time, a brand new digital world. Because of this, utilising social media and my smartphone before graduating high school gave me the head start that has assisted with my swift success in my industry. Before this time, I worked in customer service in retail and hospitality leaving me with a huge understanding of an array of different clients. Through that time, I was consistently going above and beyond for my employers, finding ways to implement what I had been learning in my business and marketing degree. Something I pride myself on is being able to adapt to different clients rather than having a specific niche. Working in the agencies I have for the past two years, I have learnt how to perform in a professional environment and handle the pressure of deadlines.
