I am Sherryl Joy, 21 years of age and I am an efficient Social Media Marketer and Advertiser, a Graphic Designer and a Virtual Assistant. I graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. When I was in college, I was elected as one of the officers on our organization. Being the secretary of our organization, I learned to do detailed and organized reports and I also learn how to use Microsoft Office and have some designing skills that help me with my online career. After graduating I decided to work in the city and fortunately I was able to work as a Customer Service Representative. After working for 6 months I decided to resign from the job that I have and go back to our province because of the pandemic. After my resignation, I tried to find jobs related to the degree that I took but due to the lack of experience and the high volume of applicants, I was not able to make it. The rejections that I had encourages me to improve the skills that I have. I decided to join and to be part of a training for Social Media Marketing and Advertising that was offered by our government. With my previous job as Customer Service Representative and the training that I joined, I was able to gain knowledge, strengthen my skills and I learned to be methodical and precise with the tasks that was assigned to me. On my career as an online professional, I have learned to utilize the skills that I have to help my clients achieve their goals.
