* 10+ years of industry experience working as software engineer developing Linux-based embedded systems and design real-time software * Designing innovative Smart grid products in the IP networking domain, * UNIX, LINUX and FreeRTOS experience including low-level driver development, * Expert in embedded development: C, C++, Python, Java, C#, * Extensive experience in TCP/IP, routers, switches, * Proficiency in SW development in Linux, * Deep Knowledge of Linux kernel programming, * Experience with the use of JTAG debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and spectrum analyzers, * Experience in web application design, Java, Dotnet, and databases, * Good documentation and communication skills * Ability to work very well in a team environment * Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, * Leadership and Management * Planning and Strategic Thinking * Analytical Thinking and Research * Advanced ability to configure and build a Linux kernel from source, * Knowledge in embedded systems development, Internet of Things (IoT), MQTT. * Designing and Developing Microsoft Azure Applications Certification 2011. * Microsoft Imagine Cup 2010 world finalist (Poland) * Microsoft Imagine Cup 2007 world finalist (South Korea)
