In a nutshell, I am a software engineer with an associates in my field. I work full time, but have a little time here and there to continue learning outside of a work environment. I started out with C++, and have continued to expand upon my knowledge - My current language of choice is C# in a web-based environment, although I have built simple winform applications. I'm also quite familiar with SQL Server (2005-2008), and have working knowledge of triggers, tables, functions, procedures, joins, and views. For this though, I am mostly looking for work that I can do "on the side", meaning that if something can be considered a weekend project, this is what I would be looking to work with. I don't expect to make any money, but if I do, then I do (for me, it's mostly about the learning; money comes second).
