I have twenty four years experience in the software development industry. I started my career with Cap Gemini America as a systems engineer and elevated to a level of Senior Manager. My responsibilities included the entire systems development life cycles for many of CGA’s Fortune 1000 account projects. I left to launch the first of three software development startups in 1994. Quantum Consulting was created to focus on designing and developing database driven solutions that leveraged the Internet's distribution model to deliver its clients' information needs more efficiently. After selling this business, I started my current business venture, Real Time Intelligence, in 2004. RTI is a specialized IT firm that focuses on delivering and retrieving enterprise level data to the various distributed touch points of an organization in a real time fashion. RTI accomplishes this by uniquely leveraging the emergence of advanced technologies such as the smart phone, wireless computing, and RFID. Finally, after observing a severe deficiency in the data collection and management of special education teaching, I launched a third venture in 2011 that has brought to market a product designed for special educators. This business, Perceptum Solutions, delivers IEPPal to teachers in a dozen countries on four continents. Over the last 19 years, I have been responsible for all facets of running a technology business including leadership, management, accounting, forecasting, budgeting, business development, human resources, operations, and sales. All of these have become areas that he has obtained considerable competencies. I am a graduate of Case Western Reserve University.
