Organizing the workflow for software development teams can be challenging. I have made the experience myself, over long periods with good and lasting results. As published in my profile, I teach programming and software design subjects at Buenos Aires University. This gives me a useful background on knowledge transmission, a very convenient skill for training people as well as organizing workflows for teams.
