1. Establishment of Testing Department Roles: Establish internal promotion opportunities for team leaders, technical experts, specialists, and assistants based on talent selection within the department.
2. Development of Quality Standards: Develop testing specifications that
align with the company's development stages to achieve a balance between company growth and quality standards.
3. Establishment of Automated Testing Systems: Utilize automated tools to
complete repetitive tasks, allowing manual efforts to focus on tasks that cannot be replaced by machines.
4. Creation of Testing Resource Pool: Provide opportunities for talent rotation
and transition, as well as support for tools and technical training.
5. Implementation of Testing Cycle Management Processes: Establish a
comprehensive oversight process from test planning, strategy, test case
design, execution, to test reporting.
6. Planning of Annual Goals, Monthly Plans, Quarterly Assessments, etc.:
Develop rules for departmental quantified assessments, including the
formation of review teams and expert groups.
