- Understanding Requirements: Perform requirement analysis which requires to collaborate with stakeholders (including developers, product managers and business analysts, etc.) to understand the software requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Test Planning: Perform test strategy planning by developing a comprehensive test strategy that outlines the scope, approach, resources, and schedule for the testing. Also, will develop detailed test plans that define the objectives, methods, and criteria for testing.
- Test Case Design and Development: Design and develop detailed and structured test cases based on the software requirements and use cases. Also will prepare and manage the test data required for the execution of the test cases.
- Test Execution: Will perform manual or automated testing based on the needs and conditions of the projects.
- Defect/Bug Tracking and Management: Will identify, document, and report bugs found during testing by providing clear and detailed descriptions. Also will track the status of reported bugs, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers to understand the cause of bugs and to ensure they are fixed properly before deliver to users.
