Sourcing

- Assist in creating, reviewing and finalizing equipment specifications - Examine required and related information about the suppliers - Search responsible contact and information about the company and certification - Collect the catalog and manage the Request for Quotations (RFQs) - Record proper information and collected quotations - Maintain the data base and Input the quotation in the standard format - Serve as point of contact for queries/clarifications from vendors/suppliers - Serve as point of contact for queries from vendors/suppliers - Any additional tasks assigned by the employer
