**Designing or modifying lessons that meet state curriculum standards, as well as the needs of students with disabilities such as Dyslexia, Central Auditory Processing Deficit, ADHD, oral and written comprehension difficulties, word finding and working memory deficits, selective mutism, and Tourette Syndrome **Revising articles, lessons, and textbook text, by simplifying the language, adding diagrams or illustrations, changing the formatting, in short whatever is necessary to make it work for the reader; **Writing analyses of issues to be considered in enacting new policy, such as moving the district into a fuller inclusion model, including overview of gains, challenges, and steps to be taken **Editing, writing, and rewriting manuals for teacher assessment tests, writing assessment questions and sample responses **Evaluating existing and developing forms of assistive technology (e.g. speech to text, text to speech, word prediction software, computer interactive models for quizzes and projects) and using it to individualize student lessons and assessments **Writing to explain educational and teaching issues to lay audiences, such as parents **Additional teaching skills for reading, writing and literacy available upon request.
