Key Result Areas: ? Providing requisite leadership and driving end-to-end project execution for all upcoming projects, ensuring seamless, timely, within cost & quality standards, by effective project management ? Leading from front with strong project & stakeholder management skills, contract documentation & management; responsible for finalization of Architecture / Design consultants, All MEP Services consultants for the project ? Preparing technical & commercial offers/ proposals, along with managing tender/ contracts / billing formalities & related documentation ? Interfacing between client’s business/technical teams and internal projects team, for facilitating technical interfacing for requirement capturing, building out specifications & scoping of projects; facilitating order execution & managing entire business cycle from quotation to completion ? Engaged in review, design validation and coordination Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Security & Firefighting (MEP), IBMS design drawings and specifications with the Architecture Team & Consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements ? Ensuring all Licenses/ NOCs required as per the project life-cycle are obtained from various Government Agencies before commencing construction activities ? Participating in the preparation of cost studies utilizing historical data, statistical analysis, cost and quantity comparisons and developing new techniques as required to meet specific needs within specified parameters ? Driving continuous improvement, value engineering & innovation in project design & execution, cost management for all project operations ? Evaluating & executing contracting works and coordinating among consultants, contractors and clients ? Preparing the tender specifications & finalization of requirements; liaising with consultants on determining technical and contractual matters ? Preparing risk mitigation strategies & action plan for each identified risk including credible backup options; implementing & ensuring adherence to the plan ? Verifying detailed scope of work based on BOQ, quality levels & timelines as per project plan; finalizing best possible contractual terms for Contractor Empanelment ? Monitoring Procurement of Material & Equipment & adhere to agreed quality, quantity & schedule; defining SOPs & ensuring adherence for the entire Project Operations ? Defining quality assurance & control norms and ensuring adherence in all construction activities
