I have been involved in all aspects of software development for the last 20 years. To simplify my career path, I made the decision to follow the Microsoft development roadmap. I have used Microsoft technologies to create content management systems, survey and polling systems, and most recently enterprise portals utilizing all of the above. The majority of my work in the last five years has been back end .net service development utilizing azure, C#, and SQL Server 2012. I have held both software and database engineering positions. I consider myself a solution developer, meaning I usually architect solutions from the database to the UI (though these days I prefer to pass off the design of the UI to those that specialize in graphics and user interfaces). I have an exceptional drive to learn and a wealth of experience in many areas that would make me a definite asset to any project or team. If there are any new requirements that fall outside of my expertise, I would be more than willing to research and learn them
