My specialization is in Cisco VoIP/Unified Communications/Collaboration and in Cisco routing/switching. I've been doing Enterprise Cisco network engineering and architecture for close to 20 years. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics as well as a CCNP Collaboration certification since 2009 (previously known as CCNP Voice and CCVP) and a CCNP Routing/Switching certification since 2004. I've consulted for one of the largest Fortune 500 companies, including AIG, IHG, Regions Bank, GPC, Ulta, etc. as well as for US Federal Courts, State agencies, and medium-size businesses . Most of the companies I consulted for are headquartered in the USA, but I've done some international projects as well. For example, I've done an Avaya PBX to CUCM migration in Toronto, Canada as well as a CUCM 7.x to CUCM 11.5 migration in Dubai, UAE. My previous consulting experience was mostly as an Independent Consultant via IT recruiting agencies or as a staff member with IT consulting firms, such as AT&T Consulting and CDW Advanced Technology Services. I prefer remote work via VPN but am open to occasional travel when necessary.
