- Working closely with the SME team to fulfill the business requirements. - Gap and business analysis - Developing fully customized applications on top of Maximo Base Service - Developing set of reports and KPIs for proper reporting and actions. - Providing full support to users, documentation and data manipulation. - Integrating Maximo with other systems. - Developing set of external tools to help poor connectivity regions. - Developing and extend set of tools for help-desk support to handle errors. - Developing set of workflows for records management and approvals. - System monitoring and performance enhancement.
