Consultant will conduct a discovery session (up to 60 minutes) to identify inefficiencies, reporting gaps, or data quality issues. Deliverable is a written findings report (3–5 pages) outlining current-state assessment, identified bottlenecks, and prioritized recommendations. Report will be delivered in PDF format within 5 business days of discovery session. Two rounds of clarifying questions are included. No implementation work is included in this scope. Implementation may be quoted separately upon delivery. Payment: 100% upfront. Timeline: 5 business days.
