I am Biplab Mandal, The founder and Principal Consultant of Strategic Solutions (also the founder and promoter of BNP Solutions) attained my first phase of knowledge in Management & Marketing from the renowned Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata. After gathering fruitful years of experience, went onto achieve a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Strategy from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Specialized in Marketing, started my career with Citigroup as a Management Trainee in assets division and then gradually got promoted into Sales & Marketing. My second milestone was Societe Generale Group, France, where I was initially responsible for the business development through channel management and then been shifted into the Marketing & strategic alliance tie ups and development in India. The third milestone in my life which rendered me the opportunity to work with Tamasek Holdings in India, where I was responsible for the development and securitization of various Asset backed banking products, Recruitment and Training. With around 10 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Sales & Marketing, Recruitment & Training, today I stands upright with pride with a goal to enable Entreprneurs, MSME's & SME's with right business strategy, brand building, marketing strategy in a strategic consulting way.
