Earlier this year Justin founded EGP Group International, a holding company currently seeking to acquire and to grow attractive businesses through it's operating subsidiaries, EGP M&A identifies undervalued assets, creating new synergies and developing them to meet their full potential. Taking full advantage of his expertise in mergers & acquisitions, capital structuring, and private equity, Justin formed EGPx, a Dallas based event-driven qualitative capital management firm, focusing on merger arbitrage, capital structure arbitrage, special situations, and distressed investing in the public and private markets. Justin is particularly energized by developing businesses, setting strategy and finding/structuring exits and M&A deals.
