- Handle complete transition process for smooth handover of responsibilities from on-shore Client’s team. - Work with on-shore Project Manager to transition the complete backup environment of tiil the initiation of production work at off-shore location. - Prepare documents for backup\recovery and monitoring team for daily executions of their duties. - Align servers into different category according to the criticality and RTO\RPO. - Prepare recovery documents for production servers according to the SLA provided and technical feasibility. - Finalize the list of in scope or out of scope servers for Disaster Recovery. - Daily meeting with PM and Client on progress updates in transition process - Updating of CI’s in CMDB of service now. - Validates and prepare a handover document and get it approved after transition is complete.
