Scrutinizing AUTOCAD/ELEDES based Protection Schematic Drawings with respect to the Utility / End Customer Technical Specification Particulars after understanding their System Operation & Working Philosophy along with the Station Protection Single Line Diagram for Both Conventional and Substation Automation Systems. ? Reviewing of Protection / Trip Logics for various Electrical Equipments like – Generator / Line / Transformer / Bus Reactor / Line Reactor / Capacitor Bank / Bus bar configurations. ? Visiting customer place to under their Technical needs & customizing the Drawings to get the approvals or to expedite the approval process. ? Analyzing, Documenting & Reporting Project Status periodically for Management Review as per ISO 9001:2015 ? Addressing, Analyzing & providing Solution to various problems related to Protection Design Engineering & Manufacturing without compromising Customer requirements. ? Guiding Subordinates for the Selection of appropriate product Model depending on the System Application. ? Monitoring & Improving the design documentation standards and its procedures as per the latest IS/IEC standards as a process of continuous improvements. ? Finding the Risk & Opportunities for the continuous process improvements to meet the needs and expectations of the interested parties. ? Improving & Customizing the Design Software ELECDES & PANELDES as per the needs of the system. ? Conducting Techno commercial meeting along with Supplier & Purchase Team for the upcoming project requirements. ? Review of All Manufacturing documents – From General Arrangement, Drilling Template to packing material. ? Facilitating Tendering, Contracts Management, Purchase, IQC, Manufacturing, Testing and Commissioning Team on Technical Clarifications & Specification related queries. ? Organizing various Training Schedules to Improve, Motivate, Empower them along with interpersonal Skills improvements for the Department Subordinates. ? Mentoring, Team Building & Confidence Building for Upcoming Engineers by Conducting Special Programs along with HR. ? Assigning special task and Providing Equal & Right opportunities to explore subordinates hidden potentials. ? ERP – SAP improvements & Material Master handling. ? Proper Utilization of the available Man, Material & Money to achieve the Proposed Target. ? Supporting HR Team for Technical Recruitment Process & Resource Planning. ? Periodical review on Work instructions, Standing Instructions, Quality Assurance Plan, Check List & Control Procedures for its updates –if required. ?
