Administration, maintenance and 2nd line support for the Group Enterprise and Customer Systems (business applications). ? Reinforce quality standards and adherence to business best practice, adding value to business processes and significantly contributing to the operational excellence. ? Ensures that all service level agreements (SLAs) for applications support services across the organization are delivered according to specifications ? Ensures adherence to IT Information access controls and standards. ? Ensures adherence to software licenses and contracts. ? Liaise with all business units including, third party developers and support teams to support the growth and sustainability ? Troubleshoot technical and non-technical challenges ? Work with ERP (Oracle E-business Suite) systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup. ? Ensure Data and/or System availability of the ERP modules and related applications. ? Provide 2nd Line functional and technical support of Oracle ERP applications and bespoke Oracle interfaces and software components with development teams to ensure deployed systems are working systems and service levels are maintained ? Draw up operational Level Agreements ? Assist in presentation of system functionality to new users and departments
