years. My day-to-day workflow involves the analysis of technical issues in VoIP systems, troubleshooting,
configuration and implementation of new projects. Own end-to-end technical projects till sign-off and hand-
over to the customer(s). Write technical and user manuals and do documentation upon project(s) closure.
Team management and provide support and professional IT services. Hands-on in Avaya Products, SIP,
Contact Centers, Linux, Dockers / Containerization, Networks ( CCNA / CCNP ), Virtualization (VCP) and Project Management tools (JIRA , Jenkins, Bitbucket, Confluence).
