• Manage user accounts and licenses for Microsoft 365 services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
• Configure and manage security and compliance settings, such as data loss prevention policies and eDiscovery
• Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 service availability and performance
• Manage Microsoft 365 hybrid environments, including synchronization with on-premises Active Directory

On-premises server administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain on-premises servers and applications, such as Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL Server
• Monitor and troubleshoot server and application performance and availability
• Implement and manage server security measures, such as firewalls and antivirus software
• Plan and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions for on-premises systems
• Configure and manage server virtualization environments, such as Hyper-V or VMware.
