We contracted Susan to finish a Flash Christmas card which had most of the graphics and simply needed some actionscript. She went above and beyond the call of duty in what we discussed, in her proposal and in taking it upon herself - with permission of course - to recreate the card. We are most pleased with the card and ended up even paying her twice her estimated amount even though she refused to charge us more. I highly recommend Susan on an ethical and professional level.
