Extensive track record of delivering top tier talent for all types of technical positions, from Helpdesk to Senior Management across all industries. Technical Recruiting, Career & Business Development Consulting in HR Department and Staffing Industry. Subject matter expert in IT and Non-IT staffing with proven track record serving fortune 100 clients Developing and executing recruiting strategies and process. Experience in team handling, team management and conduct meeting and hurdle session with team members. Extensive experience in servicing VMS / MSP clients and working on Applicant Tracking Systems like Job DIVA and MaxHire Searching for candidate using Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Google search engine etc. Utilizing social media LinkedIn for networking and referral techniques. Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying, Interviewing, brief and debrief candidate before and after interviews, Checking employment references and background checks. Responsible for the full hiring cycle, including Job postings Sourcing, Pre-screening, Coordinating and Conducting Technical Interviews, Reference checks, Negotiating pay rates, Creating and Maintaining Employee database. Have very good Interpersonal Skills, Time management skills, Strong understanding of the IT & Non-IT environment terms and recruitment process with experience in Contract, Contract to hire and Full Time positions. Adroit in developing and implementing key Procurement strategies/Purchase schedules from vendors. Adept at handling day to day activities in co-ordination with internal/external departments for smooth business operations. Proficient in liaising with various departments and Corporate houses with excellent man management skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organisational abilities. A keen communicator with the ability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels in the organisation. Strong ability to master a situation quickly; highly knowledgeable in a wide variety of professional disciplines and an expert at organising & directing turnaround situations.
