I focus on each student’s strengths and weaknesses and build my lesson plan according to their baseline. I try to incorporate text and visual aids in my learner-oriented interactive teaching so that the students stay motivated and participate effectively. I intend to make the fundamentals and core concepts of the subjects clear to the students, which helps them build on their knowledge over time by gathering more information from different learning resources.
I regularly track student progress through Formative and Summative Assessments containing open and closed-ended questions. I believe in regular constructive feedback and positive reinforcement.
