I am a Microsoft Certified Professional, trained in Computer Repair, A+, MSCE and Microsoft Office. I have attained five CXC subject passes including English Language and Mathematics. It is my intention at this period in time to attain next MCITP certification. I am experienced having worked as a Network Assistant at HDC on contract for two years. I have also spent a year of my career at the University of Trinidad and Tobago, and shorter periods at Tracmac Engineering and Neal and Massy Energy. During this period I have experienced a number of different working environments. I have had the opportunity to work in domain environments, with file and print services creating and maintaining user accounts and directories, VOIP implementations maintaining records, in addition to this I have had extensive experience in hardware and software troubleshooting at the end user level. During this time I have attained the habit of having to learn quickly and under high pressure. I have found job satisfaction during this career in seeing end users satisfied with their Information Technology Services.
