I have provided Tier 1 and 2 technical support to corporate network and workstation users such as Intel, FGA, Greyhound, Verizon, AT&T, Winn-Dixie, and mexican companies since 2006, that makes over 4 years of experience in end-user applications and operative systems like Microsoft Windows, MacOS X and bits of UNIX, focused on GNU (Linux). I'm proficient in these graphic environments, but I see no problem in logging on a system as an elevated user and operate the shell / command prompt. I also learn new computer skills quickly. In fact, as we talk, I'm studying Computer Sciences at the UNAM in Mexico City, and will graduate in late 2015.
